Verified Renter I have loved my experience at Bell Perimeter Center. The attention to detail and how courteous and hard working their staff is definitely shows. They take your concerns seriously and do whatever necessary to ensure you are satisfied in the end.
Car breakins and theft is a major problem! Buyer beware, this place does not have security and the criminals love to do smash and grabs. Just in January there were 12 vehicles that the windows were smashed and items stolen from the cars. The sad part is the complex has cameras that do not work and there are no security guards. DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! It is such a shame that such a great location has such a bad customer service and such disgusting people living here. At the beginning when we moved here it seem like a great place with young professionals and old couples who were super respectful but all of sudden it was full with people with no manners, who throw trash everywhere and have no respect towards others.
