All downhill since Bell took over... I have lived here for almost 2 years. when I first moved in it was run by Simpson Management. It was fantastic! The office staff was always friendly and knowledgeable, they were willing to help with anything you needed, and could answer any questions. Since Bell Properties has taken over (July 2016), it has been one issue after another. There have been multiple times that I have been sent a threatening "Final Notice" with no prior communication. For the money, there are better options I loved this place when it was the Alexander. Ever since the new management took over, everything has gone down hill. Elevators and hallways used to be cleaned daily, now everything stinks and is gross, the new trash company spills stuff everywhere on a daily basis and leaves it to stink up the hallway, trash in the parking decks because they took away the garbage cans because they didn't want to empty them, lawn care is a joke, broken call buttons for weeks for elevators and gates for... read more
Verified Renter If you want to live in a place where people don't respect rules and where the administrators don't care about your dissatisfaction, Perimeter Center is the place. My biggest and ignored problem is the only neighbor I have next door, who starts smoking marijuana at 5am and continues throughout the day when they are home. Perimeter ignored several complaints, going against their own rule of no smoking inside the apartment, even though they know who the resident is that does this.... *****Don't Stay Here***** Do yourself a favor and AVOID the headache and aggravation from living here. I've been a resident in your Perimeter Center East property on two occasions- both multiple years. The first time (2014-2017) was awesome. The facility and maintenance were great. This current stint (2022- present) has been horrible. The maintenance is beyond reprehensible. It's been weeks since the stairwells have been cleaned smelling of weed or urine, maintenance responds when/if they feel like it, and the trash service ... read more
