Verified Renter It’s very peaceful and quiet; however, the trash area (Shute) is nasty. People just toss their trash on the floor, opposed to opening the Shute. Also, I get home after 11:00 pm. 3 times a week. There is either someone double parked inside, someone blocking the gate..waiting for you to let them in. Or sitting in their car to follow u to get into the bldg.

Verified Renter A excellent place to live. And location is superb. Many shops close by in Fallsgrove and Rio. Could not be closer to prime bus routes, and great to have the garage embedded in the building. Pool and BBQ (in summer), fitness and office facilities are great. Also has “On the Vine” which is a bonus.

Verified Renter The leasing team in Bell Shady Grove are very responsive and friendly. The maintenance team are very fast and responsive to work order requests. The amenities provided are numerous including a gym that is open 24/7. My only complaint is that the apartment complex isn't kept up very well due tenants consistently not picking up after their pets or leaving trash on the floor.
