Verified Renter Some tenants don’t clean up after their animals and the alarms next to the exits sometimes beep nonstop for several days. Other than that, not bad.

Verified Renter Office staff is awesome and maintenance issues are quickly addressed. The building is fairly quiet at all times of the day. All of the amenities and common areas are kept spotless and with modern technology. The gym can be packed sometimes since it is relatively small but everyone is pretty considerate when it comes to sharing machines/ equipment.

Verified Renter It’s very peaceful and quiet; however, the trash area (Shute) is nasty. People just toss their trash on the floor, opposed to opening the Shute. Also, I get home after 11:00 pm. 3 times a week. There is either someone double parked inside, someone blocking the gate..waiting for you to let them in. Or sitting in their car to follow u to get into the bldg.
