Verified Renter Its a really lovely community, and everybody seems really happy. It felt strange, when i first moved in, because i wasn't used to random strangers stopping and helping. The gym is great, the lounge is awesome and the rooftop is gorgeous. The only issue is the distance i have to walk just to leave the building or return to my apartment. Otherwise, i have 0 complaints

Verified Renter Just moved in this week and so far we really like it. The tour and application process went great; Dipper is great! Everything is really nice and the apartment is surprisingly quiet, much more than other places we’ve lived. Nice amenities, garage parking and across the street from Dunkin!

Verified Renter Apartments are nice and fitted with modern appliances. The building is kept clean including common areas and amenities. A great place to live overall. Two down sides though. The system for trash disposal is a bit of a free for all and people tend to not pay attention/speed in the parking garage .

Verified Renter Love my experience at Bell Shady! I have done so many events here and will continue doing events. The amenities are awesome for that. I love being able to have some space to relax in the rooftop and the lounges. The staff is always super friendly, shout out to Brandon who has been our go to person for everything. The foodtrucks are cool and so are the other community activities hosted. Luxury feel with the feeling of home.
