Verified Renter Easy move in, professional friendly staff, and beautiful complex. Apartment was clean and so are the grounds. I was helped by two leasing professionals, and my interactions with both not only made me decide to choose Bell SouthPark, but confirmed I made the right decision. The amenities are plenty!!!

Verified Renter Friendly staff and nice community. Made the move in quite seamless. Staff was able to answer all questions in a timely manner, I work remote so it’s nice having a community to be able to work from home and not feel over crowded or too loud at times.

Verified Renter I honestly feel the modernized interior and the amenities just seem to suit me tbh and I am trying to establish myself in a new city with new surroundings.
Verified Renter I’ve really loved living in these apartments so far! The customer service and attention to detail have been excellent from the day I moved in until now. My only complaint is that the stairs and hallways could use a good power wash, as they’re quite dirty at the moment. Other than that, it’s been a great experience!

Verified Renter Love the place only bad part is everyone leaves their trash outside regardless of the trash valet guidelines and it smells for days even though South Park sends emails saying “Please note that fines will be issued for any violations of these guidelines.” But there are no fines cause all the neighbors around me do continue to do it. That or they’re rich. Anyways, everything is great besides coming home to that every day/weekend. 4 stars

Verified Renter Cool space. Free EV Charging/ Reasonable pricing. One thing I don't like is 1.Kids from the nearby high school hand around and chill in the neighborhood especially in the stairways and 2.The front desk will never get back to you if you ask them a question. Ill update my review if anything changes
