Verified Renter Very clean, good quality, can't even hear my neighbors through the walls. Have not even seen any pests since i got here. Amenities are very clean and of high quality. Safety measures for fire in all apartments, so I know my pets are safe in case something happens while I'm away.

Verified Renter Fantastic amenities. As a resident you get access to all three Bell Southpark communites. Its basically one big complex. You get access to 4 resort style pools and 3 amazing gyms, so you can cancel that gym membership and save money.

Verified Renter I've been a resident of PARKS for 2 consecutive years. I love the staff and leasing office is great. Not on the phone, very challenging to get them on the phone BUT in person they get it done and will find a way to solve your problem

Verified Renter We have loved this community and location since we moved in but it has gradually declined over time. From amenities not being maintained even though they charge $25-35 per month for it. The yard in our unit not having a gate that was properly set or fixed to accommodate for erosion. Sent multiple request to get fixed since we have dogs and nothing ever happened. Been over 6 months since we’ve been able to close it. Verified Renter Love living at Bell Southpark. I've lived in a few apartment complexes in Austin, and this is so far the best one. I've never had a management issue, the complex is clean, the units are well taken care of, and all my neighbors are kind and keep to themselves. This is my third year living here and I don't see myself moving any time soon.

Verified Renter Very beautiful property and the staff are very nice. My only issue is with the resident portal, it never really updates or post about anything going on in the community.
