Verified Renter I love it so far. Great amenities and they replaced my flooring with no hastle! The office staff have been super kind as well and are always free to help.

Verified Renter They take care of business. Gwen in the office was quick to respond to emails. Jesus and Alberto in maintenance were fast and polite. They're all great! Excited to live here.

Verified Renter Leasing process was a headache, office staff is pretty evasive. However, I enjoy my apt and amenities. Valet trash never picks up though and leaves the hallways smelling horribly.

Verified Renter Nice, clean, and renovated apartments. I feel pretty safe living here, however I feel the pricing is a bit expensive for it being just off I-35. Also, it was a bit difficult to transfer my lease and I feel like there was some miscommunication/confusion with the people at the leasing office. Overall, it’s a good place to live and I ended up transferring to a bigger unit (yay!) and I am pretty happy living here.

Verified Renter I’m very happy that I found this place, the apartment it is very spacious, the amenities are really great! The only thing that you need to fix is the elevator, it’s not working, beside that everything it’s great

Verified Renter Es muy bueno lo único que tienen que hacer más mantenimiento a las piscina, pero de resto todo bien, los mantenimiento algunas cosas también sería bueno

Verified Renter Affordable living. Difficult to talk to an agent due to their poor phone line system. Slow response time from the leasing office. Communication could be better. While the self tour option is great, we would have preferred to tour with an agent, but no effort was put in to the relationship with their future residents.

Verified Renter Quite and nice neighborhood Big space apartments The thing that sucks when it night time there no parking take a while to park or have to park far from my building
