Verified Renter The apartment complex living and apartment units are overall nicely maintained. The issue is people renting out the garages to run mechanic businesses, leaving little to no parking and a mess of tools in the parking lot/side walks.

Verified Renter I love the apartments design and layout. The pricing is reasonable for the location and what you see. The public maintenance team does well to keep the community clean. The residents are loud and rowdy often and security is not a huge help. The maintenance team always takes a long time to respond. Our experience hasn't been terrible but also not exceptional.

Verified Renter This complex is great and my apartment feels very homey! My daughter loves the pool and the fitness center is great. May need a few fixes but still very much functional. I cannot wait to move into a bigger unit.
