Verified Renter Maintenance response time can be slow, and I hate the clubhouse close so early. Everything is ok. I do like the multiple gyms and swimming pools.

Verified Renter Apartments are great! Really beautiful and spacious. The outside where garbage is left is pretty dirty . The community seems quiet and most people have been kind. I feel the whole experience thus far has been good,
Verified Renter The apartment we are living in is very comfortable, the pool is more than fun to be with my kid, the aprtments are so close to Southpark Meadows, very convenient. Personnel at leasing office are gentle and diligent. Only thing I don't like is the parking situation, if you don't have a reserved parking spot, and return home after 5 or 6 pm you may not find a parking place near your home.

Verified Renter We've been here for almost 3 years. We used to love it. Things seem to be neglected these days in the community. I feel like the grounds keepers can only do so much. Maybe they're understaffed.
