Verified Renter Payed extra to have upgraded appliances. Moved in and didn’t have the appliances that I was shown. When asked about it. Was told that if they work then they will not replace them. Complete bait and switch.

Verified Renter Just moved to another BellSouth property. The apartment is super cozy and cute but it was not entirely ready by my move in date so, move was a bit stressful. Verified Renter Communication with the leasing office has been very poor ever since we moved in. Different staff give different information - make sure you get things in writing! We waited a while before leaving a review in hopes that things would get better, but they haven't. Nothing about our experience has been smooth. There are lots of other nice communities in the area - I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Verified Renter Terrible place to live. Maintenance takes 2 weeks to fix anything. Hard to get a hold of office staff. Management needs to be changed because this management staff is just horrible. Hot water only last 15 or so minutes, but they won’t fix it, they just tell you that’s how it is. Better off looking elsewhere to live.

Verified Renter The management office never answers phone calls or emails. The gates and doors are always broken. It's takes over a month for maintenance requests. There's certain cars in particular that purposely take 2 parking spots, and the office does nothing to correct it. When I called the tow company to ask, Southpark can't even pay them so they aren't currently working for them.

Verified Renter My move in experience here has been one of the worst. Prior to moving in, I was told I would be able to see my unit before moving in to be able to take measurements.
