Verified Renter Two starts because it's cozy, but it's noisy, and unsecured. When I called for fix something they didn't come to fix. I've been waiting for more than 2 months for a repairment that they didn't even tell me something.

Verified Renter I feel like I walked into a trap moving here to be honest . I was so excited to be here . After my experience , I’m so disappointed. Expressed my concerns to the office about being overcharged in utilities and that I need help with inspection because something is not right with the water in this park there should be no reason to have to pay 400$ on top of rent for water , and of course no one cares .

Verified Renter My experience living here hasn’t been the best. To start off, security. Left my car open one day by accident and sure enough, the next day I found my glove box compartment open and some of my things missing. Next up, noise. A group of people have been partying every week for months on the picnic/parking lot area next to my building. They’re out there until 3-4am drinking, playing loud music and even fighting. Verified Renter It took almost 4 months to get someone from management and maintenance to respond and fix the 4 work orders dated back to March (just fixed them 5/31/24). Then they didn't even fix the broken ice maker. There is NO communication between management and tenants. The gates have been broken 3 years, choosing to renovate the gym over tenant safety and fix the gates so the vandalism stops. I will not renew my lease after being here 4 years. Do not move here. Bad management Even after cleaning the unit, we were charged around $250. They never provided proof of damage or bill of repairs when asked. We have images and videos showing the cleaned unit. They sent it to collection agency after telling us we don't owe them and sharing the ledger copy as proof. No one answers the phone or responds to email. Walls are thin and cops are present regularly. The worst experience I have had overall. You can get a carport any time but can't cancel until the end of lease. No on... read more

Verified Renter The other night my car was broken into and driven into a ditch leaving it completely totaled and now without a car. I was disappointed to hear from other neighbors that their car was also taken in the lot. There are no cameras, no security and completely free access to the complex because of a lack of gate. I have seen people enter the clubhouse through the back without using a key making me notice the lack of security that we are provided. Verified Renter This complex used to be wonderful a few years ago until it expanded. Now I feel like they bit off more than they could chew. Maintenance doesn’t complete requests in a timely manner, apartment manager is extremely rude and unpleasant to work with, buildings are dirty, neighbors throw loud parties outside every weekend. The rest of the office staff has always been helpful and friendly though. Looking to move out as soon as my lease is up.

Verified Renter Terrible management. Maintenance takes forever. Walls are super thin. Gates are never closed and when they are, the key fob never works. No one ever answers at the office

Verified Renter This place has no hot water in the shower after 10 minutes. The office staff doesn’t seem to care about their tenants unless you are there pay pay extra money on stupid stuff that you shouldn’t have to be paying for. Maintainer crew takes weeks to fix issue to only tell you that, that is something you must repair or replace yourself and not apartment responsibility.
