Verified Renter The apartment is beautiful, but that's all the positive we have to say. We moved here 1 month ago and our car was broken into twice. We've had maintenance requests in for leaking toilet, dysfunctional dryer since we've moved in with no follow up. Over the last month, the pool has been closed for maintenance over 15 days. We do not feel safe or taken care of here.

Verified Renter lots of fees. apartment itself is nice though. amazon packages lost. some aggressive dogs. pay for water filter yourself. maintenance usually responds super quickly. very spacious and walking trail is nice.

Verified Renter Very trashy and dirty hallways. There are disgusting stains on the concrete outside of apartment doors from trash that is not picked up. People leave unwanted items out in the hallway that the trash man ignores.

Verified Renter Night 1 - five gunshots by building 16 at springs Day 2 - people fighting by the leasing office visitor parking, cops were called. Day 3 - April 17th, waiting on something to happen. Pretty place, thin walls, loud stair doors slamming, cars racing, and party place.

Verified Renter Things were great, until BellSouth took over. You pay extra for the amenities but, good luck using them. First they took down the propane tanks from the bbq pits with the excuse they were looking for a new vendor. Fast forward a year and still no propane tanks. The building is gated but provides no security. The parcel boxes were broken in numerous times and packages were stolen. They said they hired a security guard but only seen it patrol once. Verified Renter Just getting worse, haven't been able to bbq in a year cause they shut off the lines, can't use the fire pit same reasons, locked out from walking through the pool area for almost 7 months have to walk all the way around to just get my mail or use the gym and can't get anything mailed because they keep stealing packages and you can't use the Luxor boxes because they keep getting broke into, pool is shut out by the city so yeah place is going down fast was here when it was new and it was great but now it's jus... read more

Nice Apartments, Cold leasing staff I used to really enjoy Bell Southpark property. It was quiet, well kept with beautiful amenities. Now we have to walk to another property to enjoy an amenity, because Parks has now been under construction for almost a year. Interesting how other properties are closed for renovations and reopened in a month. Parks renovations are drawn out projects. Save your time, money, and energy. Don't move here. DO. YOUR. RESEARCH. before moving here. They seem to be severely understaffed as they do not return phone calls or e-mails for over 2 weeks. On the day I moved in, I was supposed to be getting a unit that hadn't been lived in, yet the dishwasher wouldn't drain and had water sitting in it for 2 weeks.
