Turns out the car had major issues that he didn’t mention at all, completely sugarcoated and said that everything was well and good. the car broke down 4 days after buying it in the middle of the road, caused me a lot of trouble and hassle. I bought my car in for a normal oil change, which then resulted into a battery change and further more into a sensor change. Parts were ordered and I was told that my car could be bought in next week and fixed with the new part. After a month of no communication and me constantly calling to find out when I could bring my car in to be fixed, I finally connected with someone who said your part is here and bring your car in. 2hours for an oil change. I had to check up on my car, they didn’t even come get me. My car was sitting outside for awhile ready to go.
Well you replaced the light bulb. But charged $143 to do so. Completely and utterly insane. I get time is money but for small things like a fog light bulb that the owner can’t access and only took 15 mins to replace there needs to be an adjustment to the fees.
