"This is my second time service with Bellevue Nissan...." This is my second time service with Bellevue Nissan. Unfortunately, it was again a bad experience. After service, car wasn't washed or vacuumed. when notified I got 5 min car vacuum which was bad and beyond expectation. Tire rotation was done but no one even cared to check tire pressure, when asked the answer was they might have missed it. "The sales and finance department were incredibly rude and..." The sales and finance department were incredibly rude and condescending. I was told I would get a discount for loyalty and promised a lower price on the phone than what they offered me in the store.
"Not at all what was advertised. Award-winning customer..." Not at all what was advertised. Award-winning customer service is far from the truth. Intimidation, aggressive tactics, and zero respect. Amir, nikhil, and the financial manager (Nick)failed to live up to the Nissan customer experience. It takes very little effort to be honest, and have integrity. They had added thousands of dallars of add ons, warranty, $799.00 for some theft crap. They thought I wouldn't notice for some reason. These bunch of scam bags ....all they want is to get you into their dealership locations, and then with their traditional way of wasting customer's time, make him wait and wait and wait, where right hand doesn't know what left one is doing. "Buying a car is never a pleasant experience. While I was..." Buying a car is never a pleasant experience. While I was happy with the end result, I did not like trying to be sold all of the extras. When I pushed back, it did not seem to be acceptable. Lastly, a fee for vehicle theft was added and described as unwilling to remove. I have not picked up the car as it needed work. I hope it is done correctly.
