Car with 37K miles needs 4500 dollars in repairs? I don't think so. Sold the lemon of a car and moved on from Nissan. Previous two times I went in the guy for service the guy forgot about me. First time I got the message saying my car was done, awesome, couldn't find him, no one could find him, took over an hour for him to show back up. Second time he said he was going to get my car and pull it around. 30 minutes later I found him in his office chuckling it up with another dude.

I have historically had average to poor service at this dealership. For example, I once had to have a part special ordered and they said it would take a week and they would call when it came it. Two weeks went by without word, so I called them and asked if the part came. To my surprise, they had had the part for over a week and forgot to call me. I originally brought in my 2018 Nissan Leaf for repair on October 19, 2022. The part I needed, instrument cluster, was on back order. The part was order on Oct 19, 2022, expected to arrive first week in December 2022, and was finally installed March 10, 2023. My experience with the customer services department was very frustrating. Avoid at all costs, especially if looking to get a fair value on selling your car. Bellevue Nissan website has a built in Kelly Blue Book instant cash offer feature for selling your car to them even if you aren't buying another car. I entered the information on my 2020 Hyundai Sonata with 13,000 miles in mint condition. Non smoker, no kids, car garaged, leased vehicle that had all maintenance performed by the dealership and had no accidents/damage. I did not have a good experience with Nissan Bellevue from the get-go. This will be a long review but ultimately their team guilted me into purchasing a vehicle that had faulty and improper repairs done on it and they now refuse to offer a solution to the issue. I brought my Murano in to be checked and turns out it was totaled, they offered to buy back my car for $2,500 and suggested I look around for a replacement vehicle. Bad (borderline illegal? ) experience speaking to a sales associate. First, the sales associate avoided answering where their 2023 cars are being "shipped in" from, even though they are currently coming in from out of state. He initially tried to say "Tacoma," but long story short: they're coming from Mexico, where there's been flooding. The long story: I saw that the cars in question were being shipped to Bellevue.
