Went in because i saw the car i was looking for on sale, they let me test drive it right away, and got me a loan that i could afford. Very very nice staff, thank you so much

Courtenay A Ruis. sold us a faulty car and told us everything was well inspected. Turns out the car had major issues that he didn’t mention at all, completely sugarcoated and said that everything was well and good. the car broke down 4 days after buying it in the middle of the road, caused me a lot of trouble and hassle. I bought my car in for a normal oil change, which then resulted into a battery change and further more into a sensor change. Parts were ordered and I was told that my car could be bought in next week and fixed with the new part. After a month of no communication and me constantly calling to find out when I could bring my car in to be fixed, I finally connected with someone who said your part is here and bring your car in. 2hours for an oil change. I had to check up on my car, they didn’t even come get me. My car was sitting outside for awhile ready to go.
Well you replaced the light bulb. But charged $143 to do so. Completely and utterly insane. I get time is money but for small things like a fog light bulb that the owner can’t access and only took 15 mins to replace there needs to be an adjustment to the fees.

Car with 37K miles needs 4500 dollars in repairs? I don't think so. Sold the lemon of a car and moved on from Nissan. Previous two times I went in the guy for service the guy forgot about me. First time I got the message saying my car was done, awesome, couldn't find him, no one could find him, took over an hour for him to show back up. Second time he said he was going to get my car and pull it around. 30 minutes later I found him in his office chuckling it up with another dude.
