I did not have a good experience with Nissan Bellevue from the get-go. This will be a long review but ultimately their team guilted me into purchasing a vehicle that had faulty and improper repairs done on it and they now refuse to offer a solution to the issue. I brought my Murano in to be checked and turns out it was totaled, they offered to buy back my car for $2,500 and suggested I look around for a replacement vehicle. Bad (borderline illegal? ) experience speaking to a sales associate. First, the sales associate avoided answering where their 2023 cars are being "shipped in" from, even though they are currently coming in from out of state. He initially tried to say "Tacoma," but long story short: they're coming from Mexico, where there's been flooding. The long story: I saw that the cars in question were being shipped to Bellevue. Markups over 10% should be outlawed. Not sure why you dealerships choose to disregard long standing customers. You stand to gain a lot more by maintaining a good reputation. Shame on you.
What's crazy is the markup prices on their lot. I saw this one car marked up over 15k dollars. What a shame and can't support this business practice.

The worst dealership out there. Trying to price gouge new Z from 54 MSRP to a 73k markup. 130k for a Nissan Z. They should be investigated and prosecuted for predatory practices. 🤡

This place has a changed a lot from the last time I bought a car here. They were going to sell me a 55k car for just 130k plus dealer fees. I ended up passing on it since the “free water” ended up costing me 50k. Wish I would have known about the water price otherwise I would of bought the Z. Oh well ✊💦💦 someone else can go get screws here.
Extreme Greed. So much so, this stealership deserve to go out of business. Nearly 75k markup on a car worth in the mid 50's. No words. Despicable!
