"Worst Car Leasing Experience ever!" These bunch of scam bags ....all they want is to get you into their dealership locations, and then with their traditional way of wasting customer's time, make him wait and wait and wait, where right hand doesn't know what left one is doing. "Buying a car is never a pleasant experience. While I was..." Buying a car is never a pleasant experience. While I was happy with the end result, I did not like trying to be sold all of the extras. When I pushed back, it did not seem to be acceptable. Lastly, a fee for vehicle theft was added and described as unwilling to remove. I have not picked up the car as it needed work. I hope it is done correctly.
"Purchase of used 2011 toyota" I traveled from Port Townsend to Bellevue (2 ferries etc. etc) to purchase a used Toyota for over $15,000. The salesperson was friendly and used his own $10.00 to put gas in the car for a good test drive experience. The actual purchase 'process' is where the experience fell apart for me. They will lie at all costs to take your money and then treat you and your family like dirt after the purchase is done! "Purchase of Rogue " The sales associate Minu was very helpful and patient with answering our questions and trying to find us the right car. She was diligent with her follow up without being pushy. We also had a good experience with Kyle for the sales negotiation. The only sour note was when we approached the service department to help with a paint touch up where we were told rudely by Michael Lavender that they will not help us. Being rude to not only the customer but your own colleague is unprofessional.
"Deceptive Advertising/Dishonest Business Practices AVOID" Beware of deceptive advertising. They will advertise prices on Kelley Bluebook that they cannot even come closer to honoring. I went into Bellevue Nissan after confirming with their Web Sales Person that the vehicle I wanted was still available at the price they advertised. "Sold the car I was talking to them about out from under me" Pretty poor customer service and communication. Was talking to them about buying a used car on their lot, literally finished putting all of the financing and other arrangements, and they send me an email to tell me they'd sold the car out from under me, at wholesale no less. Not even the courtesy of a call back about it. Very poor handling all around, not somewhere I would voluntarily buy from.
I was there today to buy new Pathfinder, I wanted to see the internet manager Brandon, I was told he is not available and some one else for some reasons as soon I mentioned that I am there to know more about the Lease special, and asked what are the color options, the sales person lost his interest and said with flat face there is no option they have only one vehicle on that special and he need to find the keys for that, he took my driving license and Registration for my Lexus for trade in.
