The seller wanted a quick close and Prime Lending was able to meet the deadline. Once they obtained all required documentation, the approval and funding happened quickly. They also responded quickly when I had questions. They maintained open communication during the entire process.
Ben did a great job of helping us with our mortgage. Process was simplified to a state where all of the signings were electronic (however like with all mortgages there is a ton of paperwork - but now electronic)!! He explained everything thoroughly and there were no hidden surprises!
