It was a great experience working with Ben and his team. he was knowledgeable and very timely with his communication. Although i shopped around for lenders, I ultimately went with PrimeLending because of the rate and the attention given to me by my agent, Ben. All in all the process was very detailed and the loan requirements were extensive but the process was very efficient and we were able to close on the date that was initial set. It was great working with Ben. Thank you.

Ben helped us with a complicated purchase that included two loans- a refinance and a new home purchase. His speed, accuracy, and customer service approach are second to none. In a very busy period for mortgages, he was able to guide us to close on both loans in less than half the time we expected it to take.
