When Covid hit, I decided to close my Air bnb in Ohio and make the long dreamed purchase of a condo in Hilton Head. Ben made it happen in 30 days by guiding me through the process. It got a little chaotic at the end resulting in 2 days of tears and fear but that may be due to the lender.
