Great Solution for Business Owners who are Clueless Accountants (as they should be!) Bench is excellent. Bench Makes Running a Small Company a Breeze! Bench has made accounting for our small business so simple. I struggled with other software that had clunky user interfaces (Quickbooks) and a steep learning curve, I needed something that could ensure that my business accounting would be accurate and up to date without it eating all of my time. Excellent Service I don't have to deal with bookkeeping, I can do what I am best at and love which is helping my clients. Bench is linked to my accounts and they just pull the info from there and contact me if there are any questions. It is great! Pros Makes my life easy. It is easy to set up and easy to use. They are totally consumer oriented, meaning they have a team of agents always waiting to assist you with every detail. Best thing you can do for a small business Took so much weight off my shoulders as Bench does pretty much everything for you. Great for the price Great working with them, very personable, very friendly. Pros Ease of use, friendly customer support, price is great. Cons Price is determined by expenses, but a lot of start ups expenses flectuate when they are starting out and the prices don't correspond correctly.
