Small business books It has been helpful thus far. I am trying to apply for a small business loan and so this software is providing me with the reports I need for that. Pros I like that the reports are easy to read. I am able to make comments about transactions that are mislabeled. Cons Response from my book keeping team is not as quick as I was told it would be.
simple online bookkeeping for small businesses or solopreneurs I run my own business, and am NOT great with the numbers side of things. Bench handles my "books" for me, so I can easily keep track of all business expenses and profits so I can make sure things are on track. Must hire for Bookkeeping! Everything about Bench has been A+. From the first initial call with Bench it all went so smoothly and everyone is extremely nice and helps walk you through the Bench dashboard. Pros The customer service and the ease of the platform. You are able to see everything that you need in so much ease. I also love how you can chat directly inside the dashboard. Good for the money! Overall it's good, although my experience has been dependent on the accountant on my account. Pros I like that it makes tax time simple and interacting with my CPA. Cons I do wish it were easier to get itemized reports (I think it's possible but getting there is not intuitive).
More then Just Software Stress free, conviennent and helpful! Pros I love that Bench isn’t just software, even though the bench software is a million light years away from other book keeping services with its clean dashboards and colorful graphs. The team is as efficient as as helpful as they claim. Cons Depending on your banking provider, you may experience slight connections issues and have to manually upload statements, but it’s far easier then bookkeeping by myself.
Killer product and service I have had no issues with Bench. Although I feel the price is little high for my number of transaction, it ultimately has saved me a huge amount of my own time. I've now been able to focus more on growing my business instead of checking my books everyday. Pros Ease of use, simple interface, and design is elegant. Cons There is no android mobile version. I run 90% of my business on my phone and this is needed URGENTLY.
Good service for small business ench is a solid bookkeeping service for a small business. It's affordable and the online tools to add expenses and analyze data are decent. My one area for improvement is that I wish Bench offered more human customer service support, even if it's a basic level of accounting I got help in uploading data and having a review done. Saves so much headache!!! Great!!! Pros I love Bench! They are so easy to use. Great value for the cost. Great customer service. I get to work one on one with the accountants in charge of my account. Great app and website. It saves me so much time in the business office so I can get back to what matters. I would easily say that I will make my money back 5 times over in time saved and get a have a higher quality financial report and bookkeeping data.
