Great for small businesses Bench has taken bookkeeping off me and my co-founder’s plates, and we are big fans of the platform! Pros There’s someone assigned to your account that you can contact at any time, and who always responds promptly to questions or requests. Cons So far we’ve been very satisfied, have not come across any issues yet.

WOW. Color me impressed! So far, so good. I'm still a newer customer but I'm already feeling better. I have more time to focus on building my business and selling service. Pros When I did the trial they had an entire month of bookkeeping done within 24 hours. I'm not shocked because I know this can be done by anyone with the time. Great service, thank you for making a business owner easier Pros I loved the ease of use, how many real people they have for customer care, and how responsive every one is. My main point of contact is this amazing representative, and she's been super helpful as they had to go back and handle the last 15 months of bookkeeping. Cons The mobile app could be better, but I use the website to upload docs anyway.
Outsourcing to Bench was a Gamechanger As a small business we're constantly prioritizing big time spends and deciding what's worth us outsourcing and spending money on rather than time. Awesome tool, great customer service, and affordable! Pros What I love the most is the customer service. Despite this being a "bookkeeping software/tool", you get a dedicated accountant. Executives are so responsive. Every time I have a question, I get a response that same day.
