Simple bookkeeping for non-finance people like me Pros Ease of use to get in touch with the Bench team, simple reports let me see my cashflow and expenses, dashboard is very straightforward to understand. Cons The only downside I feel so far is that I've worked with 6~ people in two months. I am sure they all have their place (onboarding, setup, account rep 1, account rep 2) but it's hard to keep it all straight.

Great service and easy to use functionality Really fantastic people. Pros I love that it comes with unlimited service and a personal accountant that can help ensure you've got what you need. We had complicated books and they were able to handle it. Cons There could be some better tagging and alignment with our own budgets from the get-go. I had to prompt them to help them understand that we've got a budget that their account lines should match.
Bench is awesome! Fantastic! Pros It's completely done for me, I have my own team in case I have questions, there's no headache at the end of the year when it's tax time, and the software lays everything out visually so I can my company's financials with ease. Cons Nothing at all. The only thing I would change is the price to be cheaper (that's just me being selfish) but it's well worth the price.

Review Good customer service, prompt follow up. All though the book keeper are off-shore, it puts me at ease to know the Bench team is still here if anything ever goes wrong. I'm hoping the book keepers will flag things as I go without me having to initiate or look into myself. That's all I really need. Organized Finances for Small Law Firm My experience with Bench has been excellent. Customer service is wonderful, and it is user friendly. Pros I like being able to categorize and organize all of my expenditures and receipts for my law practice. Organization is key, and having everything sync with our bank accounts to create helpful reports is very valuable. Compatibility with our bank accounts and payroll software is very helpful. Best Web-based/Remote Bookkeeping Full-Services Great experience, we've been with them for 2 years now and we will not switch to anything else! Pros Extremely professional bookkeepers, easy to use user interface and 100% hands-free. They even have auto-linked bank accounts to pull your bank statements so you don't have to manually send receipts and statements.
