Great bookkeeping company Overall Bench has saved me time with preparing all bank reconciliations and year end tax preparation. It's also a stress relief that it's done thoroughly and properly. Bookkeeping Review It’s a great value for the price and an affordable way to with a bookkeeper when your business is still fairly small. It’s a huge relief come tax time and makes the process of filing super easy! Pros That it’s fairly intuitive to use. That I know my business numbers every month without the hassle of keeping track of everything myself. Cons Accounts don’t always link so you still need to manually send invoices and bank statements each month

They do what they know how to do so I can do what I know how to do. Overall very hally Pros I love math. I love numbers. And I could probably do my own bookkeeping if I didn’t have to also run the business, hire employees, train employees and work from home with two toddlers underfoot. SUPER EASY TO USE They've been easy to work with, responsive, and overall a fantastic service. Pros I love how easy it is for Bench to automate with all of my accounts so that my books are as accurate as possible, simply. Cons I don't have any cons about the software in particular, yet, but one feature of the service would be for more robust financial analysis and recommendations based on the bookkeeping records.
Good software Pleasant experience. Fix times need to be shorter. Pros The reporting tools are very clear. Very easy to upload new documents Cons Time to prepare full report of prior month takes a few weeks. Certain expenses are repetitively miscategorized.
Stop doing everything in your business! I used the chat feature when visiting the website and the person called me to answer my questions and got me set up right then and there. It was very easy to get started. Pros Site is easy to navigate. Most importantly, I don't have to do it myself. Cons I can't make any changes. I have to comment and tell them to make the change. But I guess that's the point. I need to stop doing.
