Absolutely wonderful and so professional. They were timely, considerate of my garden and landscaping, and cleaned up each night beyond belief. They kept me informed of progress; they even cleaned out my gutters of my two story home. I would definitely use them again. Tore off 25 year old roof, replaced roof, replaced skylight, installed ice/water shield, worked with inspectors, reflashed chimney, installed lead collars on all soil stacks
Outstanding work! They were very reasonably priced for replacing a section of my gutter and it was installed even sooner than they initially said it would be. It looks very nice and completely fixed the issue I had been having. I'm very pleased! They're also going to replace 3 windows for me that are currently on order. Gutter replacement.

Very pleased with the whole process from estimate to completion. Staff was very friendly and courteous.WhenKen arrived toinstall the windows, he realized that additional work was needed with the window sills and took the time to purchase the extra supplies and do what was needed before the windows were installed.After the job was completed, I had a few concerns. Bob determined that at this time we should wait and see if the leaking was due to ice dams from the crazy winter. He said that it looked like we should fix the paint job on the inside and then just keep an eye on it before doing anything drastic. He was really very nice and super helpful. He spent time looking at the roof all around the house and pointed out some spots that we might want to keep an eye on for the future. They were really good. Their responsiveness and detail in their proposal, their price warranty and workmanship really stood out to me. They cleaned up their materials every night. They were very courteous and respectful. They stayed in contact with us. They kept their timing correct. They pushed through to make sure it got done before it rained. The first day they stayed for 12 hours to get it done before it rained. They brought out the man power to get it done. <p>Roofing </p>
The work team arrived at 7:00am and covered all my bushes to protect them from the falling debris. They alsocover the air conditioner. Good thing I noticed they covered the air conditioner and shut it off. Don't forget to do this. the roof was completed by 3:00PM and everything was cleaned up and left exactly like it was before the job. I highly recommended Berg. Great job!!! Very Professional!
