They were professional, responsive and punctual. I did not go with them as their pricing was a little high than the other company. They gave me a quote for installing a new roof.
Berg did a complete roof tear off job for me. This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. I dealt mainly with Tom. He was very punctual, courteous, and professional. He supplied me with a list of references and they checked out quite well. The workers showed up when Tom said they would, they completed my job in one day, and they left my property spotless, just like they said they would. They did a fabulous job. I had no problem. Very happy with the work and very happy with the clean up. They were very courteous. I dealt with Bob Berg and he was a gentleman. They showed up on time. They replaced my roof.
This was a small job and they were able to do it in less than two hours. They were the ones who installed the roof and it was under the warranty, so I didn't have to pay them anything. They were fast to get to the house and did a good job. I had them do a shingle repair on the flat roof on my 1900 square foot home.
They were on time, very good. Removed and replaced a roof with new architectural shingles, and also made some plywood fascia repairs.
MORE THAN I EXPECTED FROM A CONTRACTOR. DID EVERYTHING THAT HE SAID THAT HE WOULD DO. HIS PRESENTATION WAS EXCELLENT. GAVE A LIST OF 25 REASONS OF WHY I SHOULD HIRE HIM. EXCELLENT WORKMAN. HE TOOK OFF OLD ROOF AND REPLACED WITH NEW ROOF, AS WELL AS REPLACED SOME ROTTEN WOOD.

While the work was performed on-schedule and completed satisfactorily, there was some damage to my vehicle which was parked in the garage and which I was not advised to move. As a result, the windshield got shattered due to something overhead being dislodged. When I attempted to contact them, I was treated quite rudely and the blame was placed on me. I got roof and gutter from this company a while ago. I called them several times for warranty work but there is no response, no call back at all. The street address is a UPS store. I wouldn’t hire them back for anything. Roofing, gutters and leaf guard
