The service center is top notch! Always in and out in a day. They fought for some warranty stuff for me that would've cost me $400. The ending price $0. I will always take my Jeep Grand Cherokee here! Great work guys!
I worked with Donnie online to buy a new Journey, best customer service I have ever received from a dealership. While I knew they may sell the car before the end of the week when I could get there, I was lucky, and they did not. (I am not one to think they should hold a car when they have never met me or put any money down.) Overall this was a fantastic experience, as I only spent an hour or so at the dealer. My wife been stranded twice now in Roanoke while travelling from Florida (this latest time while running from hurricane Matthew) to visit family and Berglund has come to her rescue! Both times she's had to drop it off both times early on a Friday afternoon. Not only were they able to get her back now road the same day but they were able to do for a reasonable price.
