I have bought 3 Jeep’s from this dealership in the past 10 years and after 3 days of trying, I can’t get a return call to schedule a basic service appointment. I call, leave a message and talk to someone who takes my information and then says someone in service will call to schedule the appointment. No call yet after repeated attempts. This is terrible service for a return customer.
In September, my jeep had been acting up, lurching on take off and struggling to change gears. Supposedly resetting the code would take care of it. Another error was also found;I had both fixed, for 2x the fees/cost. I thought it was finally fixed. It was not. My jeep continually got worse. It got stuck in between gears as I tried to cross the highway; I had to coast to a median, turn the jeep off and restart it before I could drive it. Beware of the finance guy; very unethical in my opinion..... a snake with a smile!
. I took half a day off work to go and see about a vehicle I had send on the website. When I arrived I drove around looking for it, when I didn’t see it I asked a sales associate. He told me he might he mistaken but it was out being driven by someone on the staff. I asked when it would return and he said I won a take him a bit to get it back. I recently purchased a Jeep from a different dealership. It needed to have a couple of recalls done so I went into Berglund to set a service appointment. While I was there they had to enter my information in 4 times because their computers didn’t work. The day I brought it in they had no record of my appointment and I had to give all the information all over again. I would highly discourage anyone from buying a car from Berglund for the sole purpose of their extremely horrible incompetent service department. I have a Chrysler van that is 3 years old and I have had in the shop now 7 times. When I speak with people in the community I hear nothing but horrible experiences about the service department. They seem to never be able to tell me what is wrong with my 3 year old vehicle that smokes everytime I come to a stop. I’m sorry I ever purchased a vehicle from this dealership.
I am appalled with my experience here... I was quoted 45 min for services which here I am sitting here 3 hrs later... I have seen other customers come and go...no one in the showroom has even said hello nor do they care I think... this rediculousness takes away from my sleep time and my time with my kids, as I work nights and came here straight after... I’m exhausted and fed up...
They have some of the worst customer service I have ever seen I bought my truck there which went smoothly and have taken it in for service twice however I have been trying to reach somebody in their service department since last Wednesday first of all the phone rings and rings and rings and then you get cut off I have left four messages and finally today someone returned a phone call after I again complained I will never take my truck back there I would never recommend them to anyone they said they were so busy they just co... read more
First it took almost 10 minutes for them to schedule an oil change. Second it is a 27 day wait for an oil change. ☹😠 Third Should have known not to go there after they put the wrong transmission fluid in my other jeep. after weeks of negotiations and threats they did replace my transmission. so I thought they deserved another chance. I told them to forget the oil change, that I will take my business 30 to 45 minutes away to another Jeep dealer. that dealer has me scheduled next week for the oil change. 😊
