If I could give a negative review, I would. And I can assure you, we will never purchase a vehicle through Them again. I’m sure that doesn’t matter, we’re just a drop of money in the huge bucket. But I can assure you, I will make sure to tell everyone I meet that’s looking to purchase a vehicle to steer clear. Maybe Shelor would be the better bet for folks in the area. 😀
Today I took my challenger in for a simple airbag recall and inspection. When I got there and was greeted they took my information and said it would only take about an hour to an hour and a half and that they would call me when it was done. I wish I could give this service center and dealership a zero star review. But after reading other reviews it’s apparent that I am not the only person who feels this way. So here is the situation and just how it was handled. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler from Berglund. This Tues at 7:30am I took my Jeep in for service for which I had scheduled an appointment. I went back to pick it up at 4:30 and they had not even started the service work. So I took it back on Thursday morning. It is now Saturday and I STILL do not have my Jeep back and no one can tell me why it’s not finished. This is the WORST service department. DO NOT USE BERGLUND JEEP’S SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
Horrible service department! They do not believe in answering the phone in the service department at all. I walk in there are 3 service advisors sitting there and a cashier not on the phone at all! Forget trying to get a loaner if you have to take your vehicle in to get serviced! These people have no interest in customer satisfaction at all! I’m sure I’m not the only one who has had a bad experience with them. Surely they loose a lot of business over the incompetence of the service department!
Is it possible to give Zero stars? Dropped my Ram off to check out possible transmission issue. Too busy to get to it Friday when i dropped off, sat there all weekend. The person that it was assigned to took Monday off but didn't let me know that, so no one would have even looked at it. Dropped off a 2017 Jeep Renegade recently purchased at Berglund to have a second remote fob programmed (it came with only one), and to have the gas gauge checked for a problem I have had when filling the tank. This is the second appointment made, because the first one was somehow ‘lost’. Had an appt for 3:00 pm Friday May 4th. When I arrived there was no record of the appt and I was told there was not time to check the gas gauge; they needed longer to diagnose a problem. Worst service I've ever experienced. Would not return calls or answer phone,felt like someone stole our van. Wasn't ready when they said when they finally returned call. Took car seats out and put them back in but did not secure(good thing we noticed). When we picked up they handed us the key and said it's outside and walked away. Took 15 minutes to find, it was in the back behind building. Greasy finger prints on head liner and seats.
My wife who scheduled on the 12th recall work for the 26th drove from dc and dropped the car off on the 25th to make sure to be the first one in. By 9am we received a call that parts were not available to complete work. Trying to keep work local has cost us numerous hours of our vacation time. Two weeks and no call or anything.
