My son purchased a new 5500 Ram from Berglund. Took eight months to get it! After he received it he had to put it in the shop several times due to incorrect installation procedures. Got it back and the transmission went out!!!! Said they had a memo on it which I am sure will end up being a recall. Had to have it towed in and they could not order the part until the 28th of March. Would not give him a replacement vehicle ( and this is his work vehicle) so he had to use my truck to continue business. Now they are telling him th... read more

This dealership, especially the sales associate, Donnie Shelton, and the General Manager, Mark Austin, are shady, slimy excuses for humans and you should remain as far away from them as you possibly can. They will scam you or your loved ones, perhaps taking advantage of the elderly or disabled, and lie through their teeth about it while also attempting to hide every ill-act they committed in the process. Let me start by saying what Dan did right... he picked me up to get my car when the first appointment didn't work out and offered a loaner car for the 2nd, it wasn't his fault I couldn't pick it up. With that said... it took way too long for a recall repair. First appointment: time frame was 4 hrs longer than the notice implied. Had to get someone to pick me up instead of waiting. I bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid in Feb. 2021. The buying experience was fantastic, but the service experience has been awful. I would not recommend buying from them because of the poor service. I have a warranty repair that they did but less than a mile from the lot the problem arose again. They said they would have to order a new part. Now, I have been waiting for over 6 months to get this repair done. I keep getting the run around - nobody follows up and calls me back. On May 19, I ordered and paid half for my engine ($7,400 out of pocket). According to Fred the engine was to arrive either the 27th or 31st of May. His estimate for installation completion was either the 6th or 7th of June. I called on the 3rd to check the status and he told me the old engine was out and parts were all over the floor. The problem holding up the repair was getting it on the lift - "We're swamped and all backed up." Heard that the month prior when you guys replaced my starter. Service department is poorly managed. Customer service representatives and manager are abrasive, allusive and inconsiderate to the customer. No commitments to quality, delivery or communications. They lack the training, leadership, follow through and attention to detail required for true root cause and corrective action. Customer beware and go somewhere else!

I’ve purchased 8 vehicles from them in less than two years. Manager Mark Austin is a terrible manager and should t have a job. But I guess his dishonesty is the owner William wants. New truck, two months old, sitting there with a bad transmission, costing me time and money and his reply is “We have already been paid so not his responsibility” and walked away.
