I bought a 2022 jeep Wagoneer and have made 3 payments on it and engine light came on right before Christmas and engine was missing and not running well at all! So we waited til after Christmas to call and get into shop and get a loaner vehicle and were told they could not look at our vehicle til January 28th and they had no loaner vehicles to give us .
