Bad customer service. Took 2 days for my Jeep to be diagnosed. Car dealership had my car under the wrong name just a bad experience all the way around.
Unfortunately my experience seems very similar to other posts. Not overly impressed with the service department. If the advisers are to be believed then they are tremendously overwhelmed with work. Every time I have called to either return their call or follow up on the status of a vehicle, the phone just rings and rings. If you get an adviser's mailbox it is usually full and not accepting additional messages. I am very disappointed to even have to come to this point. About 3 months ago we purchased a brand new 2015 Jeep Compass High Altitude from your location and we were so happy with our experience that a few days later we brought our oldest son back to Berglund, to the same salesman and he purchased a nearly new 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer. Worst dealership. I will continue my business with Shelor from here on out. The service manager rich is the biggest jerk you will ever deal with. Take your business else where. Also I bought a 2007 ford edge from them in February had to get rid of it after numerous problems with transmission and a few other major problems in April. They assured me it was good vehicle when I bought it. I wouldn't trust them with a thing!!!! Go to Shelor they will make sure everything is taken care of and that your happy.
Thank you Berglund Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Roanoke for an unforgettable experience. Made an appointment 1.5 weeks earlier to have a safety recall fixed. Informed them of the recall notice, and they confirmed at the time appointment was made. Arrived for my appointment, and told the service dept that since the vehicle was already there, if they could also do an oil change. Waited for 1.25 hours and was called back that my vehicle was ready. Cost me $37.97, which is a little high for an oil change, but at least I didn't have t... read more
