I bought a 2016 RAV4 and couldn't have been more pleased with the process. John Fano was more than willing to work with me to get me into the vehicle that I wanted. He did not push anything on me and was able to answer every question I had immediately. I was recommended by family and will most definitely refer anyone who asks me.

Contrary to what some people seem to think about "negative customer service" which mostly seems to be about things out of the dealer's hands or about someone else wanting a car more than them, I have been to many dealers and spoken to many salespeople over VA.
