First time here for service to have car inspection. Wanted to fail the car for wiper blades that were replaced in the last 2 months. Over 40.00 for new blades. Feeling ripped off. Won't be coming back for service again.
Crap sales people. Specifically, MIRONDA RAY. I wouldn’t waste time asking questions they have wasted my entire week. False truths and no help. Smh.

Before pandemic times I would have said yes, now though, I’m waiting for my car to have an inspection and tire rotation, half of the service workers are not wearing masks, of the half that are, several are not wearing them correctly!!! It’s not effective if the masks don’t cover your nose!!!!! So therefore I can’t expect them to enforce their customers to wear masks! Thankfully all but a couple are! I took my 2011 Toyota Tacoma in today for an inspection sticker as I've done every year since purchasing it from Berglund. I've always had good experiences in the past but today was NOT one. When all was said and done the total was $90.68...that's $20.00 for the inspection which is fine but $62.50 to replace a right front marker bulb that cost $1.52!? Absolutely ridiculous! Traveling to TN with three young children- and our car started acting up. We found the closest service center we could find. I was charged $100 just to find out why the check engine light was on. I thought it was expensive- but we were desperate and I was appreciative they saw us without an appointment. About an hour later we were told the issue and told it would cost $500 to fix. Stan was a nice gentleman,I didn’t catch the sales managers name.The way he acted I see why the parking lot is usually empty with customers on the used car side,upon getting a low ball offer on a trade I stated sometime things work out sometimes they don’t and his attitude turned sour,upon hurling insults I gratefully got in my car and drove home,if you don’t like an arrogant pushy car salesman advoid this place at all costs

Although we were talking for a week or so because they refused to trade my sienna to my local dealer, they increased the titling fee the night before I was to drive 8 hours to pick it up. I still agreed because everything else was figured out. I expected to show up and be done in an hour since everything else should have been finalized but we were there for over 5 hours inexplicably.
