The used sales manager is rude and pushy. The lack of communication is ridiculous. The salesman, James, sent me home in a vehicle per his boss that I said I didn't like, without telling me when it was due back and I assumed like the other offer, it was due back next day but we got a phone call at closing time telling us we needed to bring the van back or we would get a ticket if we got pulled over. Service department is a complete joke. I purchased a new Tacoma in 2016 and have taken it in for a handful of service appointments and voluntary updates. I don't believe one appointment has ever gone the way it was supposed to. I scheduled today's service appointment last week. After my truck had been at berglund for 4 hours I got a call letting me know my truck was ready for pick up. Got a good deal on the car I purchased. However, taking off two stars because: 1. The $499 processing fee is nonsense. Why not just build it into the price. 2. Way way way too much tire shine on the tires! There is no earthly reason to put that much tire shine on the tires. It all kicked off the tires and made a mess on both sides of the car, and on the wheels.
Sales side is wonderful, love Lee O'Neal! But..service center=HORRIBLE!! I sat for 5 hours yesterday and my car issues were not addressed!! Then the service manager and staff were SO RUDE! Never ever again will I go back!!! So disgusted with my experience. �
2 yrs ago I drove 1 hr to Berglund and brought a 2014 Toyota Sienna XLE...It is the 3rd Sienna I have owned and Have been very happy with them...My problem now is the radio,it will just drop the sound...Went to the dealership and told them the problem,they told me they would order a new radio...Silly me I thought that meant went it came in they would call me,no i needed to call them and set up an appointment which I did...Got to the service dept. was told it would take about 45 minutes to put the new radio in,so I seat and w... read more
If I could give this a 1/2 star I would. I am a 1st & 2nd Gen. Scion TC and have purchased both vehicles from Berglund. I put in a credit application for a new 2016 Scion FR-S this would be my 3rd purchase you would think they would try to keep my business but no. After driving over an hour to the dealership the salesman walks me to a white 2016 Scion TC and says here it is. Today there finance manager was very rude to me when I went in to get my warranty back off of my car throwing my papers at me arguing with the receptionist in front of a customer did not feel that this is good customer service and then he rudely said come on here when he was going to make copies of something this is very rude I have never felt so dissatisfied with the place in my life the person who sold me the car he was great had no problems with him the receptionist she was wonderful had no problems but the man in their f... read more
Berglund Toyota sent me multiple letters and even a card saying they wanted to buy my 2012 FJ. So I went down there to see why they wanted it. Had been thinking of getting a 4Runner for my growing family anyways. I did my homework on the value of my FJ. When I asked for blue book value they didn't even want to talk to me or even come outside and look at it. So I left, drove straight to Haley Toyota in Roanoke.
