The worst car buying experience we’ve ever had. The salesman David was wonderful. However the “general manager”, Luis Perez used illegal and unethical sales practices. After the sale of a Tacoma we bought, we took it back to have running boards placed on it a few days later. Initially, I had a wonderful experience with my purchasing process at Berglund Toyota. However, things turned for the worse after purchasing my vehicle. I bought a Kia K5 weeks ago, but I haven’t driven off the lot, and it’s already being serviced. I haven’t been able to drive the vehicle beyond the test drive, let alone possess the keys. Once I purchased the vehicle, by the next month, the customer service was awful. The salesman nor the service manager would return calls or address the issue at hand. The entire experience was terrible!!!! I definitely would not recommend them. I will never buy anything else there!!!

Totally disgusted with the service department once again…. The hired call center should should ask the questions that eliminate a covered 25,000 mile service. I arrived only to find i had to pay for a tire rotation 29.99. Lol. I declined. Berglund will only get a call if it is a warranty repair. Berglund service has always been a joke.
