"the best buy ever" I came in and was treated great!, the staff is super friendly and the atmosphere was very comfortable. My sales guide ben was very professional and knew every answer to every question.
"Rock star sales reps" This was actually my 4 purchase here and couldn't be happier. I've never had any problems in the past at all. 2 of my children have also gotten their cars here. It may take some time but they deal with a lot of people like me with bad credit and do everything they can possibly do to get someone into a new car and that can take a bit of time. But so worth it in the end. Sales people are very polite and listen to what you want in a car and do the best they can to get you into the one you want but again..... read more
"State Inspection" Very quick and thorough service. There were issues with Customer Waiting Area. The TV was not working properly, until I went to report it and someone did come in to rectify the issue. Although they knew ahead of time that this was an ongoing issue everyday. There was no coffee available and when I asked about it, I was told that someone was taking care of it. No one ever took care of it in the 100 minutes I was there.
"NEW,USED TRUCK" we are taken right away, got all questions answered, they got us in and out fairly quickly. financing went pretty quickly also.please don't ask for 25 words
"Vermont State Inspection" Only service done this time a Vermont State Inspection. Simple enough and done. Vehicle was washed before presenting back to me. Nice. Nothing further to add.
"WAs a great experience Tom our salesman was great ." Tom Valle was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. I will recommend this dealership. The vehicle was ready for pickup right on time Tom went over the vehicle with us.
"Great work" In and out and done within the time frame I needed. Thanks for all the help and glad to come back anytime for service again.
"Excellent Customer Service" Ryan at the Service Department provides excellent customer service. That combined with a bundle special price for a maintenance package keeps us coming back and a satisfied customer. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. And to top it all off, they even provided a car wash perk.
"First time right" Stopped by service with a question on Sorento hatch back and they noted five open campaigns (which included the hatch back). Got us in as soon as it was convenient and resolved all five. Five stars!
