"Best dealership I have been to" Service was very good. Salesman did a very good job. The overall experience was handled professionally and everything was done with a expert management. I will go there again.
"easy, hardly no stress" The people who work there are great, very helpful. I enjoyed working with them. And having the ladies there to greet customers is a nice touch.

Test drove a few cars on the last day of the month, went back the next day to buy the car and even with a few people out and in meetings the process only took a couple hours or so. When I got on the interstate the car vibrated a bit but they balanced the tires for free and it drove like new again. Michael was very kind and understanding of what I wanted, also gave me a free wash and full tank of gas.
"Great customer service" I had a great service experience. I had a time frame of an hour and 45 minutes. They were able to complete all the work that I had scheduled that day in that time. I highly recommend. Efficient and friendly.
"new tires " I was at the kia dealership for new tires and an oil change, great experience! Indoor play area for my little one, made the wait easier. Wifi, so I could work while my car was being serviced. My car was done when they said it would be.

"Super easy" So nice to walk in anf be greeted and helped immediately. Wrnt through my vehicle to make sure thete were no recalls or any items that needed attention. No attempt to "sell" me anything eithet. Every real and honest.
