"They will never leave you alone" I had a horrific buying experience with berlin city kia and have been trying to get off their mailing/email lists since. You can click on the unsubscribe, you can call them directly, you can file BBB complaints.....the messages just keep coming. RUN from this dealer. Not a single thing they have told me (including that they've removed me from their mailing lists) has been true.

"Dishonest" We purchased a Kia Soul at Berlin City Williston many years ago. We love the car, it has been very reliable. However we've had nothing but bad experiences with the service department. Once when we brought the car in for service, we picked it up only to find a dent in the door! They didn't even own up to it until we called them on it. "Terrible experience and now they won't leave me alone." I had the worse customer service experience of my life with Berlin City Kia. It has been two years and they still refuse to remove me from their mailing lists. Over and over I have told them I have no interest in ever doing business with them again, that the constant stream of mail and email just remind me of the experience, and to remove me from their lists. "So far, very good in repair shop. Horrible in dealership. " Our experience in looking for a newer, used car was so HORRIBLE at Berlin City Kia, that we almost didn’t use them for bumper to bumper covered repair work. However, my husband and I did not have the time to take our Sorento to Plattsburgh or Montpelier, so we gave them a try. "Inspection" I brought my car in 1/2 an hour before the appointment and they took it in right away, no waiting. Before I knew it it was done.

"service department" I was sorry to see my longtime service advisor had left the dealership. Ryan always made sure I had on time and fault free service. I will miss seeing him. Jerry W. is a really customer orientated advisor and got me in and out on time and gave me info on up coming 24 month service. I am hoping he and I will be able to continue as well as Ryan and I had. "Spamming" Horrible, spam, over priced, rude, no client training on Kia, broken lighter, no 2nd key. Too much price haggle. Got car 1/2 tank of gas. Floor mats tossed in the back and not place in. Burnt seat with cigarette and hid with paperwork.

"carring and trying to get it done!" They put me in with short notice..and tried to get me out promptly. Did the necessary things and offered to wash the car, but I didn't have time.
