"Shady business.." Bad from A to Z. They say, we have our own system of determining the value of your car.. so screw NADA and KBB! One price online a different price on site. $500 document fee.. wont budge to make a sale ... Give you quotes one day then refuse to honor them 2 days later.
"Very bad service" In October 2016 my 2013 Soul started having intermittent engine skips or lack of spark to one or two cylinders. Initially I would turn the car off and then start it and problem solved. Eventually it was happening more and more. I brought the car in to get it checked out. Two bad ignition coils not covered under warranty because it had over 60000 miles. $604.00 parts and labor. Two weeks later same problem. "Shady/ Unprofessional Business" We had purchased numerous vehicles from Berlin City before, and the first time our vehicle had a problem immediately after purchasing it this automotive group devolved into the most unprofessional team I have ever dealt with. Never returning calls and blatantly ignoring us to save a few hundred dollars on a car instead of helping out a customer who had purchased many vehicles from them. "Deceptive Service Department" I went in to have an oil change and state inspection. The service department representative came to me with a list of things that he recommends and that my car has failed the state inspection because my rear brakes and rotors needed to be changed. I made it clear to him to just change the oil and air filter ($39.95 for oil change and $47 for the engine filter). "Doing the right thing" While the buying process was fast and easy I have to say that I was disappointed that because of the almighty dollar the dealership decided that they could not invest anymore money into my new vehicle to replace the non-functioning support lifts on the rear door on my CRV. While they tell me that they want they vehicle to be like new and safe, they allow a vehicle to leave that is in fact unsafe. The door is very heavy and has already come down on my wife's head. "Lie to you. Treat you like you don't know what your talking " Worst experience I've ever had. I have never been lied to so much in my life. They will waste your time and treat you like crap, especially the service center.

"A Super Buying Experience" On 10/28/15 we took possession of our 2nd Kia Soul, but this was by no means a typical car buying experience. The car belongs to my son who has Asperger Syndrome. He spends most of his time in his room with headphones on to cope with it. He is 29 and hates leaving the house but is a very good driver. When I started having health issues and couldn't drive anymore he started taking me to all of my appointments and running errands and such. "Terrible Delivery of Product" Employees were nice enough to deal with but was not satisfied with delivery of product. I was interested in a Chevy Cobalt advertised on their website and while checking the vehicle history saw that the car had a recall on it. I inquired with the sales person (Anthony) and asked if the recall issue had been resolved, he told me it had been fixed.
