"everything went very well" I work with Ryan Maxwell in service, will work with no one else. My 2014 Sorrento is my 5th Kia that I have purchased. I don't plan on trading as this one has only 41,000 miles on it. I will run it to its grave.
"Oil change" Good service in and out within around an hour to get my oil changed on my new car that needed an oil change good good
"Comments" AC compressor was replaced in August 2017, failed to work when AC was activated in May, 2018. Advised by supplier there was no warranty. Pat Treanor was able to convince supplier to provide replacement at no cost and agreed to install replacement compressor at internal hourly rate. Jamie Provetto was very professional in handling the situation and referring it to Pat Treanor. Only complaint resulted from parts dept discovering they didn't have required size in inventory after they began to take everything apart. R... read more
"I got my first blue car and my 3rd new car" I went there for a promotional offer and didn't go for it but I still got the car I wanted it's my first non American car.
"CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND OIL CHANGE" They let me know why my check engine light was on and told me about a oil change promotion that was going on. thnak you.
"Awful experience " If I could give them a negative star I would! I understand my situation wasn’t ideal or easy! But that being said they didn’t listen to me, kept trying to get me to buy vehicles I didn’t want, my sales agent was brand new and I don’t think he should have been on the floor yet! "Time well spent!" State inspection, tire rotation, oil change and a complementary car wash....... all in a timely manner and done correctly! Who could ask for anything more.
"Use to be a great place" The manager John kept looking at his phone while talking to me and spoke out of both sides of his mouth. This place has changed for the worse. Five years ago this was a great place but now it's becoming too corporate. Go elsewhere if you want a personable experience.
