My car unexpectedly needed a new engine (on a 2014 Kia Sorento)- just stopped shifting correctly one day. Had to tow it in to the dealership ($300 right there). Buying the car was fine but unfortunately if you have to deal with the service department you will have a battle. I would be disgusted as a general manager who over sees all departments if my service department was run this way. I have battled with them since the day I bought my car when a light came on. Basically had the run around, didnt' hear from the for a week unless I called told car was done when i wasn't and basically called a liar for a light that came on even those i sent all things in photos for a lovely trail. They were very friendly at first but when we wanted to test drive the Kia Niro, the only style car interested in, they said the check engine light came on and a week later they had still not resolved what the problem was and never contacted us again. Not sure how trustworthy they are.
If your buying a car sure their fine but their techs to work on your car are inexperienced and will cost you more then its worth. They will break things while working on your car and tell you that you broke it when it was fine when it went in there..

"They will never leave you alone" I had a horrific buying experience with berlin city kia and have been trying to get off their mailing/email lists since. You can click on the unsubscribe, you can call them directly, you can file BBB complaints.....the messages just keep coming. RUN from this dealer. Not a single thing they have told me (including that they've removed me from their mailing lists) has been true.
"Dishonest" We purchased a Kia Soul at Berlin City Williston many years ago. We love the car, it has been very reliable. However we've had nothing but bad experiences with the service department. Once when we brought the car in for service, we picked it up only to find a dent in the door! They didn't even own up to it until we called them on it.
