"Fabulous phone fun" I called to make an appointment for an oil change and got bounced from one phone to another. Frustrated, I ended up at Jiffy Lube.
"Disappointed " Worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I found the sales manager to be very dishonest and rude to me. I was very disappointed and do not recommend doing business with them.
"New purchase" I recently visited Berlin City Toyota to look at new vehicles. They had a small selection of SUV vehicles and the salesman was helpful in our search. A big negative with the "Deal" that was finally presented from the Dealership was a bloated Administration Fee of $599, along with $299 Theft Protection, and $499 for Undercoat. When I asked about the Undercoat was told, "Well we have several Tacoma and Tundra frames out back that have been replaced, this will help prevent that". "Service job went fine, service advisors not so much. " Brought my truck in today to have a wheel bearing replaced. They quoted me $640 when they initially scheduled the appointment. I bring it in and wants me to sign for $880! I said that was not what I was quoted before. So he brought it down to $670, which I was fine with. Then after the job was done, he gives me the invoice and it says $770! I said that was more than I was just told and he replied well there's the taxes and an environmental fee of $52! "Horrible technician's" I brought my car in to have an inspection sticker done. They told me in order to pass they have to change the front driver side fog light. Instead of taking the plastic off to get to the fog light the technician cut a hole in the plastic in order to replace the light. I'm trually disappointed. I have been coming to this dealer for 8 years and I even bought my car there and after this I will not go back. I can't believe they did that to my car. "They suck" Theyre chronic liars like any dealership. They're pretty small and don't sell a lot of cars. Things happen slowly except for high price warranty offers. (They use the word computer a lot when lying to sell you junk warranties)
"Just got a 2015 Tacoma" I had a pleasant experience getting my 2015 Tacoma. Phil Brokos delivered a vehicle that I wanted and never pushed anything I did not want . Thank you Phil , it was a pleasure doing business with you .
"Poor customer service" I drive a Toyota Highlander 2013. I have always had great experiences with Berlin City until this year. My touch screen on my radio stopped working. I made an appt to bring it in, and waited 1/2 hour for them to confirm. They did not have the part on hand, so they said they had to order it and it would take 3-5 days. This was in May of 2015. "They didn't sell me a car, but it was oh so close!" After several cordial and professional emails with a salesman, Chris Tarr, my wife and I drove to the Berlin City Toyota (BCT) in Portland, Maine to ask about trading in our Rav4 (which we bought there nine years ago) and getting a newer one.
