"Service was excellent. People were great that I dealt with. " Had problems with the pushy sales people a few years ago so now I buy at Prime and service with you. My sales person a few years ago told us that Saturday is his day to sell and if we were not buying that day then we should come back the first of the week. We wanted to try out the Rav4's but he was'n't interested in trying out vehicles. So we went to Prime where they were happy to let us drive one and we bought two that day.
