The service representative was professional and very helpful.
I didn't have to wait too long in the waiting room for the yearly Rav4 check. The technician took the time to go above and beyond, showing me how to set up a trickle charge in my hybrid for winter storage.
Quick and competent service.
I appreciated being able to drop off the car ahead of the scheduled appointment and pick up after Thanksgiving. I was told by the person who checked in my 10-year-old car that they could also assess the health of the battery and would complete an appraisal, as I sort out whether to buy or lease a new vehicle. At pick-up time, there was no information about either of these issues. What I liked: Gave me the run-down on general condition of the vehicle, and we accomplished an oil change, tire rotation and a new TPMS sensor that was needed. Also scheduled was proper re-fastening of the front bumper cover. I had asked the parts department what would be needed ahed of time. Parts were ordered and I had them. But it turns out they hadn't ordered/sold me truly everything needed, so this work had to be delayed/rescheduled. Scheduled my appointment went in for service. Vehicle was actually done earlier than I expected.
Outstanding service. Very gracious welcome and comfortable waiting room.. My vehicle service was completed sooner than expected and I enjoyed a chat with Tim Thomas who is always very friendly and kind. I love my Lexus and like to feel confident that it is safe and prepared for the winter season.
