"Toyota purchase is good" I feel Mark seems to be a good person even though I don,t know him that well.Mark Hunter eventually understood just what I am looking for in the end purchasing the Toyota from this dealership.I love my Toyota and plan to keep it.This employee in your sales department had patience with me but some of your other employees have no patience.
"Only in town for a week and needed some unexpected work" unsheduled appt set up and got in 3 business days later, work completed same day as appt.; missed only one thing tire low pressure dash light.

"Service on my rav" Called my service advisor Diane Fortin for a check engine light that was on . She had the vehicle checked out and found hey sensor needed to be replaced . She ordered the part for me call me when it came in and took me right away and had it replaced . Wonderful service by Dyane great with follow-ups and speedy and getting things taken care of .
"another Tacoma" I have leased my last three Tacomas and my wifes Rav4 at Berlin City. to make things fair I went to Prime first and realized I left Massachusetts for a reason ;) I got my quote and brought it to Berlin City and It was within dollars, so I went with the place I have no reason to leave. Tim Brown was great as always and Mutombo was just awesome!!!
