The timing was convenient for my schedule, everyone was helpful and courteous, and when something I'd scheduled was not needed they just documented that it wasn't and didn't perform that service.
They took pictures of what was needed to be repaired and were able to repair them that day.

I went to have my Rave 4 get an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic, Adam Deveau was very quick and knowledgeable. He came out to explained to me the condition of my breaks and the timeline I should be looking at to replace them.
The service writer Britnee was very helpful and informative. Kept me informed throughout the whole procedure. The repair was done early and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back.
Your customer service people are great and responsive. I had the brakes done and the next morning my car was making weird noises (and smell) after I turned the ignition off. I returned it and they said the new caliper had seized, destroying the brake job. Ugh. With Friday's rain I realized the new windshield wiper wasn't working and had to return again. It's hard to trust that it's been repaired right. I had a similar experience when your repaired the struts on a recent visit.
