"Recent Service Experience" I have had my Highlander serviced at Berlin City ever since I purchased it in 2009. The service advisors are always friendly and very professional and clearly explain what work needs to be done. I always feel like have been treated fairly.

"Flat tire" Came in at 4:50 pm with a flat run flat tire. We still had three hours more driving. Technician offered to stay late, very helpful, fast service and got us back on the road. Couldn’t have been nicer.
