"fast and friendly" take your appointment seriously and waste no time to get it done. waiting room is well equipped and comfortable. don't mind spending a little time in it and relaxing while they take care of business.
"Nice folks" I have always gotten a great reception from everyone at Berlin City from my sales person Mutumbo to my service rep Jessie My only complaint was there was no popcorn on my recent visit! Also floor mats I bought for my Toyota from the dealership are disappointing. ....they do not stay in place

"Had an emergency visit for my Sequoia" Had a problem with my Sequoia. They were able to get me right in and fixed the first time within a day. Very prompt, friendly staff. Will use them again.

"Recent Service Experience" I have had my Highlander serviced at Berlin City ever since I purchased it in 2009. The service advisors are always friendly and very professional and clearly explain what work needs to be done. I always feel like have been treated fairly.
