"A good place to do business" Very patient, not pushy and listened to what I wanted. Encouraged me to look at many different vehicles and were willing for me to come back after dark and do a test drive.
"walk in service" I realized I needed a 10k Toyota Care on my 2017 Avalon. I drove up at 8:30am, a service rep greeted me at the door, she promptly had Jesse take care of my work order. "Outstanding service and support" Cannot say enough about the outstanding service and support I have received from Berlin City Toyota and its staff. Peter Gordon (Salesman) has been right there when I had any questions and makes sure I am completely satisfied with my vehicle.
"fog light changed and tire pressure" I went in without an appointment to get fog light changed and tire pressure light was on. Everyone was very helpful and got me right in. They checked to make sure the light was available, which it was. They also came out before doing the work and gave me the price. I also spoke with sales person Steve Lawrence to get a brochure on the new Rav4. There were none on the stand so he went and printed one for me. This also was very helpful. "Melanie was great, Was my best vehicle purchase experience." I have had some bad experiences with Berlin City in the past and Berlin City was not my first go to dealership to make a vehicle purchase. But.... "Fast, compete and friendly." From making the service appointment to the return of a washed vehicle the service was excellent. Throughout the visit there were no issues left open.
"Friendly Services" I was met by a young lady and was escorted to Mike services adviser, and show us to the waiting room where the refreshment was
"Efficient and Satisfying " From the second we walked through the door, we were helped with the highest standards and some laughs. Found the perfect car almost immediately, test drove it and we were out the door.
"Excellence" Very easy to schedule, deliver and get a ride in the shuttle. Mike keep me posted throughout day on status. Bob, the shuttle driver, works very hard and was very friendly and helpful.
